Lr009 Make sure to select "Model" and "Firmware" or scatter file before Identify.
We have clearly notice this on the software, those notice is not just notice but for your own good.
Also, usually you don't have to select BROM version at first stage. Do this if the "auto" selection by software doesn't work.
