This happen commonly cause by unstable connection (emmc pin not well connected with adapter) or bad emmc. But you can try to see this solution.

usually unstable connection. check connection if you're using socket or resolder if you're using ISP connection. double check everything.

always!! , Be sure to specify the method of connection. Socket or isp.
Isp often works unstably without external power to the phone's board. If the memory chip is installed in the connector, then check the installation. If the memory chip is installed correctly, but not read, then it is faulty. If this memory chip is Samsung, you can try to flash it.

unstable connection, lines arent connected prefectly.
needs more power, try to connect usb to phone while detecting
emmc is damaged/faulty.

if you are sure the lines are connected perfectly, try to add more power to the usb port, if the problem persist try to connect another phone first, if its good then the emmc is faulty, change it.

Hi,
This error might occur if dat0 connection is not good.
Try to double check the connection, try to set the vccq manually, if all is good, then emmc is damage.
Or, just follow Nahidhosain video, thanks for share this nice tutorial.
