i just bought ufi box and dongle

i just bought box and dongle

i want to install it> and download the setup for dongle first when i want to extract it it give me bad i use already 7 z

and need guide which is for dongle and which is for box >>

I download this UFI_v1.2.0.399_setup and install it ok >

but after complete it give me old instal and as i said when i want to extract the UFI_v1.2.0.419_setup

it give me bad file i try with 7zip and winrar the same result

i need help as soon as poissible

hi i solved the problem by download it from another fourm
the installtion in support is invalid plz check it and replace it
