X013D open diag port

can someone teach me how to open asus ZB551KL / X013D diag port. i need it to restore qcn. tried with factory firmware by fastboot method but flash failed

vincentzzzz Hi,
To enable diag port in qualcomm devices, please root device at first. After device successfully root, go to service tab, and click Read to switch phones to Diag port.
If above step fails, then you can try download enginering firmware(WW_ZB551KL_12.1.0.2.16GPCBACS28_factory.zip) in support, and flash via fastboot mode. By flashing engineering firmware, device will auto root and diag port also enable by default, so you can proceed rewrite QCN.

hello madgoeslim could help me repair the qcn of an asus x013d he was left without imei (0) i will be grateful if i can, i'm from brazil and here i've researched everything and i couldn't, neither with friends, nor in national forums and less still on you tube.
