Support server for worldwide version down?

support tab doesnt appear anything since i bought the box last few days.

here is my investigate. this is clearly bug of 1.2.0.400b.
when try to enter support tab, after "invoking from server" nothing happen with brand area i mean it's empty, but when i try type of brand on search tab, and try to download, download is on going.

so conclusion is: the server is fine, but bug with ufi application 1.2.0.400b.

me too, im in indonesian region, im trying to refresh the program say "invoking remote to server" and loading..
after the loading dissapear, nothin happend 🙁
