How to get emmc update firmware file

Hello. I can't update my emmc. Can you tell me how to get emmc update file as type .ffu ?

Phihunggsm Just for your information, for now FFU only supports emmc samsung bga 162/186 and bga 153/169. All emmc series supported by FFU can be found at: UFI folder\emmc\ffu\movinand.

Newest chip, especially for BGA 221 using sign firmware, so not possible to doing FFU operation.
Do not ask ffu for newest chip. If chip is bad, replace by new one.
