What do you mean to unlock the bootloader?
Unfortunately, not all mobile phones support unlock bootloader with only general oem unlock in the fastboot menu, especially mobile phones in circulation today. Just like the device you mentioned.
Usually vendors will offer a unlock bootloader process officially if the model is indeed supported.
But if not, then you have to wait until someone finds a security hole to exploit the bootloader. You can visit android development forums like xdadevelopers for that purpose.
