To be able to perform read / write QCN required connection "Diagnostic Port",
while 9008 is "Emergency Port" which has a different function.
If you mean to do backup function for efs / nv partition, of course this can be done easily using UFI Android ToolBox via "Emergency Port" a.k.a QDloader 9008 port.
