How to boot eMCP 254 by ISP ?

I can boot eMCP 221 without any issue. But for eMCP 254 never success. Please help me to solve this problem.
Below is the boot error by ISP. Phone is working just want to full backup.

Below is all pins connected but still cannot to boot.
Tried input 5V to UFI box or even input charger into phone without connect battery.

Below is take out the eMCP 254 & booted successfull by adapter.
VCC 3.3V, VCCQ 1.8V, Bus Width 1 Bit

Below is used default auto settings & error to boot by adapter.

If you face no error in bga 221, means that ISP adapter is working fine.
So, the problem is for ISP with bga 254 only right?
Doing ISP is for recovery purpose only, and sometimes it's very difficult, because of the variety and different set of components layout in each device.
Here are some trick you can try:
1. Make jumper wire as short as possible.
2. For device with PBL active, you can bypass VCC and VCCq in iSP by using USB.
3. Take a look at CLK resistor, connect the jumper cable to the end of the resistor leading to emmc.

Can you plz share ISP connection diagram,
As you make for UFI adaptor. Because adapter work but manual connection not work ..
