I never used IDM. I used vpn to log in to mail. Maybe the program did not understand what was happening.

here is the reason for using vpn! Maybe because of this, ufi thought that I was using IDM. PLEASE SOLVE THE QUESTION WITH IT.

maybe this is really a problem with the ufi server, because many users are complaining in the forum, and there is no definitive answer, move to plan B 😅
try downloading it at another link, not at ufi, but if you can, if there is, keep downloading the firmware version listed on ufi,
maybe this problem is being solved by a UFI technician

Hello everyone,
Regarding to download issue with error 403, there are already clear warning about avoiding using third party downloader, avoid using vpn because there are CID(Country ID) mechanism to prefent specific country box use in another country without permissions, and always use latest version of UFI software because older version will be close for accessing support server.

Please check at Server Load Status in the bottom of Support Download Tab everytime you want to Download.
Make sure the server load number is below 100 so you have optimal connection to download the file.
