I need to replace eMMC in Xiaomi Redmi S2. Is the following procedure possible: 1.replace eMMC 2. flash firmware 3 unlock eMMC - paired it the CPU by UFI paid service Is that workable? Or if the eMMC is dead I can do nothing but throw the Xiaomi away to a dustbin only. Thanks for any idea
Jane Hello, there are many ways to replace emmc for xiaomi new devices. If you have engineer rom, it will be easy. But if you don't have, then you have to replace by the cpu too.
