Please check at Server Load Status in the bottom of Support Download Tab everytime you want to Download.
Make sure the server load number is below 100 so you have optimal connection to download the file.

The problem is still ongoing. Since I bought the UFI box, I haven't downloaded any files from support. please help me ..
