When I use USB charging (during working with eMMC tools via ISP) must I also solder VCCQ and VCC from ISP adaptor? Or I can use only CMD,CLK, DAT0 and GND? Thanks

No, this usb power is replacement for VCC and VCCQ, so you don't have to solder this one.
