Redmi 6 model m1804c3dg - PROBLEM

I wanted to remove FRP so I chose model Redmi 6 ( cactus)
and used Firmware package: cactus_global_images_V10.4.4.0.PCBMIXM_20190927.0000.00_9.0_global_28276e542c
Ticked option Erase FRP and clicked Flash
but it failed. See the log

The firmware you're trying to flash is either not compatible with your device or you have selected the wrong flashing settings

Must I use Identify Device option first before I flash?
Or model m1804c3dg is not CACTUS version?
For flashing I used default UFI settings, only ticked Erase FRP option

No, you can do flash without Identify device, but for safety purpose, you better do backup befor flash and you can only do backup after you identify device.

model m1804c3dg is not CACTUS version?

This is cereus, cactus is code name for Redmi 6A.
You can download official firmware from UFI support download, or you can try download the firmware from here.

I used default UFI settings, only ticked Erase FRP option

Instead of flashing and ticked Erase FRP option, you can erase manually FRP partition after do Identify Device.

Thanks for the reply. I used that firmware and also ticked Erase FRP option to flash the device , 4 credits were consumed but FRP still not removed.

Identify device don't disconnect then manually erase frp partition in partition list.
