NAND storage "userarea" partition test failed!

Nand Test basically is write, read, and verify procedure to test first block and random area of the boot 1 and userarea.
If you got error test fail in userarea, means this area is damage and mostly can't proceed for writing procedure.
So, better replace with new one.

FFU for newest chip, mostly bga 221 is signed, and backdoor to use movinand custom command especially for emmc with ext_csd rev 1.8 is closed, means resize boot, rewrite CID, and FFU for this kind of chip is not possible.
