i think in this case you can only format phone
user lock with encrypted fs can not be removed

Crypto Status : Encrypt = means user data is encrypt and can't unpack for recovery purpose.
Crypto Status : Unencrypted = means user data is not secure by any key, and can unpack for recovery purpose
