Spreadtrum devices, the bootloader doesn't check cid of the emmc, but most soc on any platform will follow the same rules that they will support the same ext_csd revision.
So the first thing you have to pay attention is match the ext_csd revision from the device with emmc replacement.
For SPD, just put blank emmc, and flash the rest using any flashtool, it is enough to revive without dump files.
If FDL send fail, it coud be firmware not correct, try using different firmware version if possible.
