Unfortunately we can not help to refund your credit due to replacing card to another box. There are pairing procedure that effect to ufi server which cause device id to reset to your credit balance, and it its automatic and can not be restore.
So be carefull if you replace the smart card in dongle or in box. User actually not allowed to do so.
