amanmasom Please check at Server Load Status in the bottom of Support Download Tab everytime you want to Download.
Make sure the server load number is below 100 so you have optimal connection to download the file.

ruhl Support download is free service and used by dozen thousand of peoples, we are working hard to make it fair to every users, but bandwith are limited, server resource too.
In future, considering to work with another provider to improve support download, but it will be not free anymore.
