Just check at support download server, there are stock firmware in QFIL format and nB0 which can be auto extract using UFi Android ToolBox, means this firmware can be use for debrick(repair boot) as well as for full flashing procedure.
You may use this kind of firmware to re-program the emmc without dump files.
But, before doing emmc replacement, please save the EFS partitions at first.
