Unfortunately we don't have ISP pinout of this device at the moment.
You can try to request in this Discussion so we can merge all the same request and sharing pinout in one place.
Or, you can try to reprogram emmc with chip off methode, this ic is not protected by hard glue, will easy remove using hot air station.
