file system browser not work

hi team ufi
i have an emmc to recover data its mi note 5 so i tried all steps to save data but everytime file system browser not open. i install win 7 32 and 64 both not work then win 10 32 and 64 both not done . what is the problem do i have to install any other software to get the data or my choice was poor to choose your product. i also post the same inthe martview forum. there is no support or any mentor to rectify that . what can i do now

@DevendraPalSinghThakur I am also not happy with ufi box. Its has a lot bug. no support from team. they are sleeping. I dont recommend to anyone to this box. its useless. But your problem its not with ufi box problem. after android 6 you cant do any file browser. because of encyrpted.

i think i wasted my money. if the team is not ready to rectify the problem and help the beginners. so how we suggest anybody ufi. i think easy jtag team is working properly and giving results. no support is taking at the edge of the corner. so please wakeup to avoid everthing happen.
