Nokia 3.1 Auth error

flashing or clear FRP lock or Unlock BL with Nokia 3.1 TA-1070 with Credit Auth Always show :

[SERVER] Error: Undefined phone model [Nokia, Nokia 3.1], make sure you have "MODEL" name the same as at support files !

My folder the same as Server support files and firmware download from support server
what's wrong...?
what should i do.... solution please...

Nokia support server does not work, the same problem with Meizu, they promised to fix it in the next release of the program
