Sir after over voltage Detection Box Show in ISP Connector Connection VCC and VCCQ Already Connected but I'm not connect any adapter or jumpar.

Hi, I'm afraid that this is the hardware related problem.
You may try to make hardware selftest during opening the software by set it in setting menu to make sure :
Close the software, and reopen the software, Ufi will perform some test to the hardware :
If some componen are failed, Ufi will report it in the log menu. You may try to replace the part according to the part code shown in the log menu. #
