BGA 100 support,

Is there any way bga 100 support can be added to this system ?
Especially for Micron

Pinout bga100 is known. Try to connect the chip via the isp adapter. It is very interesting that it will turn out.
I did, and that seems to work partially. VDD and VDDQ connection errors as well as CMD line error.
The reading works but with many errors.
