we need explanation from ufi team why most old ufi box card dead after last update??????
is it like old game mx key and xtc clip?????????

Hi all,
Sorry for the inconvenience.

It is not true that smartcards tapered only after an update.
And I explain here, we are not related to mxkey or xtc clip at all.

Tampered smartcards occur because of the bad connection between the box and the PC,
so make sure your PC has a good power supply, 80+ rated power supply is recommended.
Use a good cable, and avoid using a USB Hub.
Do not unplug the box from the cable suddenly if the software stops operating or hangs,
use the task manager to force close software that fails to operate or hangs.
