today we reinstal UFI BOX sw, then tis problem appeared : ufi country policy has been locked. What should we do?
We are logged out of account, but we can start the program. When I try to switch to support section, this error appears 🙁

Hi, If you use vpn connection, please disable it. If problem still remain, please sent your serial number to my mail : madgoeslim.as@gmail.com, I will check the problem.
I'm getting the same error too.. [SERVER] UFI country policy has been locked to specific country, please contact your dealer to fix the issue ! Error code: 403 kindly assist
Problem still persists, could you tell me please whats going on?
It's been four days now since I emailed my serial number and problem I'm facing to support concerning "country policy has been locked" issue but no reply 'till now.
UFI has poor support to be sincere.
we were excited from the beginning, until this problem occured. Its so sad how ignorant their admins are... really a disaster
