ufi box problem

My UFI box works for two minutes but after two minutes it stops working and only one of the lights turns blue.
I updated the firmware box but it still has the same problem.
I also replaced the SIM card box, but again the problem was not solved.
Only when I heat the box microcontroller does the box usage time increase.
How can I solve my problem?

This sometimes happen when I don't place the emmc properly. So, just have a look at your emmc placement, make sure the pins are re-balled well. Good luck.
