Original Imei Repair Failed on Realme 3 Rmx1821 android 10

Come to my repair shop a Realme 3 rmx1821 as the phone got bad emmc. Now it's been very good and run smoothly after EMMC Replacement. Unfortunately, it has no network as the imei is null. The baseband is shown. Then I tried to write the imei with the original, sadly it is alwasy failed as the photo shown below. I have the original imei on the BOX , and also have the original PCBA Number wich I get from the proinfo.img backup, (the Nvdata and nvram backup file has broken/corrupted). Please @madgoeslim help me.

fbn Brother i have the same issue with this but i have pull out emmc and downgrade the firmware to andriod 9.0, Now ATCL mode is active but after that i am abled to repair original imei. Brother i need your help

Make sure baseband version is available in setting menu
Activate ATCI in Oppo engineering mode via dial code #801#
Write imei in Service Tab, and make checklist to AT-Mode

I will try to do another method above ,unfortunately, I can't activate the AT-Mode becausae it is Android 10. and downgrading is quite spend much effort because of some issue like anti rollback bla bla bla. So anyone knows how to activate AT-Mode in realme Android 10?
