Hi,
Please make sure your UFS_Prog firmware is already updated to version 1.34, you may upgrade the fw during activation procedure befor activate the box.
If you using Windows Home version, please also consider to upgrade your windows to professional version, some user reported they have some activation issue with windows home version.
