If dump files not available for your samsung devices, you may try to rewrite the stock image directly to the emmc via factory image tab in the UFi eMMC Toolbox.
Since version 1.4.0.1668, UFI already support newest firmware from Samsung with Lz4 firmware on factory image tab as well as for extracted.
