Can someone with knowledge help me please? I am getting this error in ufi. how do i solve this problem? so i can't use !

MODEL-Mİ 9T ( DAVİNCİ)

I tried 2 different pc's. and i tried different cables and i tried two different phones but my problem is not solved.
