Samsung A12, A125f micron chip issue

Have Samsung A12_ with password, using micron chip, tried to solder isp pin out but brings out error I.e card might be dead ,tried chip off but same error,is there away to read the micron bga on ufi emmc tool.Also when read hardware report on cm2 dongle, emmc life status is okay . Kindly assist

Unlike other chip, micron using master and slave design power to their VCCq-line. You have to connect 4 pin VCCq manually for older UFI eMMC adapter. Here's the reference picture for you.

greatelias Hi,
You don't need additional modifications to the ISP adapter when performing ISP operations on the device,
because the vccq master and slave mode lines on eMMC Micron will automatically connect to the PCB board.
So the above modification only applies to the Chip-OFF method.
