Add Imei Repair function in eMMC ToolBox is not possible.
IMEI partition inside the flash chip originally called EFS(Encrypted File System),
its encrypted, and it requires special permissions with diagnostic port which is managed by the modem firmware (non-HLOS) and can only be accessed while device is ON.
