Error in installing UFI_v1.7.0.2661_setup

I was working with no problems with ufi but it has New Update UFI_v1.7.0.2661 it can't Update
tried to reinstall and i got error access violation at address 00747818 in module ufi- read of address 00000004

can't installing on windows 10
i creat new folder in C: by name UFI to installing on it but still Error in installing
