We testing UFI software under windows 11 too, and have no problem so far.
This error 0xc0000141 on your windows maybe it's caused by some system files such as registry or others critical component being corrupted.
I suggest you to repair(reset or restore) your windows, if problem remain unsolve after doing repair procedure,
then reinstall the windows could be the final solution.

i have facing this problem too scences i updated my win 11 on 20/10/2024 seeing other peoples reaction it maby the problem of win 11 version-24h2
please give us solution whitout fomating pc or dowongrade the win 11 version

I am also facing this problem on freshly installed windows 11 iot enterprise ltsc 24h2 build 26100.Works fine on windows 10 on another pc.

On my system windows 11 Enterprise LTSC 24h2 build 26100.1000 i also can't open ufi.exe, ive been trying disabling Windows Defender & Reinstalling ufi still had the same issue

It does not work on Windows 24h2 version. It gives error 141.
