To anyone who just updated the windows automatically from build 23h2 to 24h2 and facing the same problem, you can rollback your windows to previous build without re-installing the system, Just go to Setting-Recovery-Go Back. You can follow this how to rollback your system

How to fix error 0xc0000141 ?
I had to revert to win 10 on an old machine for to fix the problem. Win 11 did not allow me to revert and the older Win 11 <24H2 was unsigned so I could not install them either. Have not tried to use the UFi on a virtual machine.
