I had to revert to win 10 on an old machine for to fix the problem. Win 11 did not allow me to revert and the older Win 11 <24H2 was unsigned so I could not install them either. Have not tried to use the UFi on a virtual machine.

Windows11 24H2 is still not stable release yet,
so better to stay in 23h2 and do disable windows update in services.msc to avoid windows to auto update.
Don't worry, We're working on better solution and will continue to support UFixers in the future.

madgoeslim I think you're kidding us. It's been months since this complaint, and you're still saying we should go back to the old version. I think you should update yourself. Or give us our money back.

karingoo Hi, as I said in my previous reply,
we're working on a better solution to address the limitations of each operating system.
In the future, we'll be able to access the UFI Box software on the new platform we're currently developing,
from any device you own.
So for now, please stick with Windows 11 23h2 or Windows 10.
