Windows11 24H2 is still not stable release yet,
so better to stay in 23h2 and do disable windows update in services.msc to avoid windows to auto update.
Don't worry, We're working on better solution and will continue to support UFixers in the future.

madgoeslim I think you're kidding us. It's been months since this complaint, and you're still saying we should go back to the old version. I think you should update yourself. Or give us our money back.

karingoo Hi, as I said in my previous reply,
we're working on a better solution to address the limitations of each operating system.
In the future, we'll be able to access the UFI Box software on the new platform we're currently developing,
from any device you own.
So for now, please stick with Windows 11 23h2 or Windows 10.

I hope you are doing well.

I am experiencing a critical issue while running the UFI software on my system. The application fails to start and shows the following error:

"Exception AccessViolation in module UFI.exe at 0000A6D6.
Access violation at address 0040A6D6 in module 'UFI.exe'.
Read of address 00000001."

This error appears immediately upon launching the software, preventing any further operation.

System details:

Operating System: Windows 11 Pro (64-bit)
UFI Software Version: [insert your version]
Hardware: UFI Box (USB connected)

Troubleshooting steps already attempted:

Reinstalled the UFI software (clean install)
Reinstalled drivers
Ran the software as Administrator
Disabled antivirus/Windows Defender
Tested USB ports and connections

Despite these steps, the issue persists consistently.

It appears to be a memory access violation, possibly related to compatibility or internal software instability on Windows 11.

Acces violation at address 00000001 in module UFI.exe Windows 11 25H2

I just purchased UFI box worldwide version and UFI software not working on my laptop, it gives access violation error;
Intel core ultra 5
Windows 11 x64 Enterprise 25H2
OS Build: 26200.8655
Experience: Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.26100.315.0

I struggled all day with windows 11 security settings, turned off DEP and turned off BIOS memory protection etc.
I try to run it on a Windows 10 VM via VMWare Workstation but I think software coded not to run on a VM for security reasons:
Could not start under virtual environment!

I spend my valuable time and money and I don't have old tech computer at the moment,
**So which Windows OS UFI supports?**
