ufi disconnect problem

request for help, box was working fine but recently noticed that whenever I identify emmc ,or any operation i.e health check box disconnects ,so have to stop operation and reconnect again. Could it be hardware problem?

Hello,
At first, try to change the usb cable, short length of cable will be good.
Move to another usb port, and avoid using usb hub.
Use usb to 5v dc cable for better power connection.
The last one is try using different pc/laptop.
If problem still remains, then it could be the box related hardware problem.
