I have been using ufi box emmc tool for about 1 year. I just bought ufi ufs-prog adopter. When I open Ufi-Ufs toolbox a message is coming upgrade box firmware. When i click on Upgrade Box Firmware button it stands there. It hangs and the button cannot be pressed again. Please Help me Thnaks!!
AdnanShahzad Hello, We recommended to always use latest setup software UFI v1.8.0.3296. Try using different USB port, use USB 3.0 and up for better connection. If you still fail to upgrade box firmware, try using different PC or laptop.
I tried updating to the latest version. I tried changing the USB cable. I tried using USB 3.0 port and using 4 different PCs but it still doesn't work. After all this, I click on update firmware and it becomes stuck.
AdnanShahzad Hi, since you have done all the suggestions I gave and are still having problems, it is likely that there is a defect problem with your box, so please ask your reseller for help or claim the warranty if it is still available.
