Please , I was trying to factory reset Samsung A04e after the phone went to boot loop ( ON and OFF). So I contacted a friend and he said i should backup security, then dump boot 1 and 2 and 1 Gb userarea and then update ffu, restore dump, erase param partion then flash odin, but after all this method, the phone is off without booting on. Please I need help. The chipset is Samsung emmc KM4X60012M BXXX /32GB 4X62MB. Please I want to revive this Samsung A04e phone.
