If you did a factory reset,then boot loop,you could have inserted cable to pc,while holding v+ + pw key ,the device should reset.So far by erasing param ,I suspect it's a MDM finance phone,
1.Your device is not boot enabled,it can't turn on
2.Did you write Extscd from backup?
3.Which binary was your phone?
