I have Samsung i9195, not booting, most likely eMMC issue. I removed eMMC from the board and put into the adapter. It's being identified just fine, but can't read any data out of it. This is second S4 Mini eMMC with same issue.

I already tried to lower clock speeds, swithing from 8 bits to 1 bit, setting voltage manually and were only able once to read whole boot partition 2, with setup VCC: 2.8V, VCCq: 1.8V, 1MHz and 1 bit but that's all. Repeating the read with same settings doesn't give me anything more and doesn't even read boot 2 again.
Any ideas to get the data out if possible?
