Hi Can someone help my UFI box cant be activated the software says

[SERVER] UFI Dongle was not assigned, request activation to support@ufibox.com(requires dealer name and purchase invoice)

or please report your dealer !

Hi,
Unfortunately the solution for this issue is only replace with new smartcard.
If your UFI Box is still under warranty, please return to your reseller for free replacement.
If no, then you can buy smartcard from the official reseller and distributors.
