thisisali Hello, for Asus Qualcomm Device, especially some types of devices, there is a possibility diag port can not be activated, even if the device already Root.
So the best solution to fix this issue just by using/flashing CSC Image to your device. Where CSC image, or can be said as developer rom, diag port already active by default so you can repair Imei in this mode. After repair is complete, you can go back to normal/user rom by flashing the WW rom.
