after a full reinstall, the problem appears

DJF4NG Hello, Problem of ufi lite connection should be fix by last ufi software update. If you still have the same issue, first, please connect ufi lite directly to usb port, avoid using usb hub.
I don’t know why, it works on windows 7, but not on windows 10

ruhl Just found the problem with ufilite connection in win 10, You only need to run the UFI software as administrator.

I was the same problem when I install application from UFI_v1.4.0.1464_setup.zip and next update to latest version by synchrosation file. I resolve it by reinstall application from file UFI_v1.4.0.1455_setup.zip and next update to latest version by synchronisation files. Probably version UFI_v1.4.0.1464_setup.zip has some bug.
