Already check your video, its look like current consumption is already pass the power and soc, but stuck looping in init the internal storage. So, first check voltage from capacitor vcc, and vdd, measure it, and replace if the value does not match the one in the schematic. If voltage from vcc and vdd is still not good, then check PMIC. PMIC can damage because of overheating during emmc replacement by hot air station.
