I have M1793(PRO 7 Plus) in hand, and got success in identify as well as for flashing. But mine is UFS based storage, so yours maybe different.

Can you explain more details about your problem.
Lenovo is one of generic platform that not required any secure init server handling like meizu, so for general repairing it should be no problem.

This is M1793(pro 7 Plus), just example that UFI already support since v1.2.0.425.
