Abir24 Hello, everytime you open Support Tab download, the notification window will appear at the top of the software. Just like pic shown below. And Please Do not use any third party downloader.

1.cannot set partition WR_RP_SET parameters device is read only.
otp complete..failed..

2.why every i click "firmware update fw" it auto to update..how to update manual, when click "firmware update fw" it show folder movinand then we can choose it..how the way like it (manual)

that case happen to me before...
i confused..i delete folder ufi in drive c..than i install ufi419 setup.exe..intall like first time..after that it will update remains when we conected to internet...update it..
